Silverwood Farm is easy to spot from the road: Indoor roof  is visible from road, only largish horse farm on road, only older farm-stone spring house and bank barn, older Victorian type farm house, sign at driveway entry.

FROM LEESBURG: Rt. 7 west towards Purcellville. Exit on to Rt. 9 west towards Charlestown WV. (go about 6 miles) Make right at light onto Rt. 287 north, go 5 miles make right onto Rodeffer Road (goes to right only-no intersection) 1/4 mile road will T go right staying on Rodeffer, 1/4 mile Silverwood Farm is at bottom of hill on right, before next sharp turn in road. Silverwood Farm has a farm sign at driveway entry.

FROM FREDERICK, MD: Rt. 340-15 west. When 340-15 split stay on 340 west towards Charlestown WV. Exit onto Rt. 17 south (Brunswick MD.) First traffic circle go 1/2 way round exit staying on Rt.17 go about 1 mile yield right at light staying on Rt.17, 2nd traffic circle go 1/2 way round exit again staying on Rt. 17-heading towards Leesburg VA, you will cross the river into Virginia (Rt. 17 will change to 287 in Virginia) Go about 5 miles, left onto Rodeffer Road (goes to left only-no intersection) 1/4 mile road will T go right staying on Rodeffer, 1/4 mile Silverwood Farm is at bottom of hill on right, before next sharp turn in road. Silverwood Farm has a farm sign at driveway entry.

FROM SOUTH AND WARRENTON: Rt.17 north towards Warrenton. Rt. 29 east. Exit onto Rt. 15 north (Must exit from left lane) Take Rt. 15 until Leesburg exit onto Rt. 7 west (Must exit from left lane) Follow Leesburg directions above.

FROM GAITHERSBURG: Rt.28 west to Point of Rocks MD. Make left onto Rt. 15 south, you will cross river into Virginia-Make immediate right after bridge onto Rt. 672. Go about 5 miles at first stop sign in Lovettsville make left onto Rt.287 (post office will be on left, 7-11 on right) Go about 3 miles, make left onto Rodeffer Road (goes to left only not an intersection) 1/4 mile road will T go right staying on Rodeffer, 1/4 mile Silverwood Farm is at bottom of hill on right, before next sharp turn in road. FROM WINCHESTER: Rt. 7 east, exit at Purcellville/Lovettsville exit onto Rt. 287 (left/North) Go about 9 miles.
